1. Service Overview

Edirectz is a portfolio and personal brand platform that allows users to create, publish, and manage digital portfolios, profile pages, resume links, and related content. The service includes both free and premium subscription access. Users can publish portfolio content in the app, manage profile and portfolio settings, and optionally connect a custom domain to a published portfolio when the account is on an active Premium plan.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you provide. This includes your account details, profile content, portfolio entries, uploaded files, and any public URLs you publish. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, infringing, spammy, or otherwise harmful to other users or the platform.

3. Your Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload, including portfolio text, images, project data, and resume files. By using Edirectz, you grant us the limited right to host, process, display, and operate the service needed to provide your portfolio and related features. We do not claim ownership over your personal content, but we may store and display it as part of the service you requested.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload, including profile images, project media, and files shared publicly.

4. Free and Premium Access

Edirectz offers Starter and Premium plans. Starter currently includes up to 3 draft portfolios, 1 published portfolio, Starter templates, and 10 MB of total storage. An active Premium subscription currently includes up to 5 draft portfolios, 3 published portfolios, Premium templates, and 100 MB of total storage, along with custom URLs for published portfolios, public portfolio PDF export, QR codes, advanced analytics, public-page enhancements, and username changes. Premium features are available only while the subscription is active and payment has been successfully processed.

We may change the available Premium features over time, but any such change will be reflected in the product and billing pages. We do not promise that a feature will remain available indefinitely.

5. Billing and Subscription Terms

Premium access is currently purchased on a monthly basis through the supported payment flow. Payments are processed securely through the platform payment provider. The current system supports monthly upgrades and renewals through the available upgrade flow, and we do not currently provide a separate self-service subscription cancellation or auto-renewal management dashboard within the app.

If a payment is not successfully verified or a subscription expires, Premium features may become unavailable until the account is renewed or upgraded again.

6. Published Portfolios and Custom Domains

Published portfolios are public-facing content. Users are responsible for ensuring that the content displayed on their portfolio is appropriate, accurate, and links correctly. Individual custom URLs are a Premium feature. A custom domain can be connected only to the primary published portfolio when the account has an active Premium subscription, the user owns the domain, and domain verification is completed.

Domain connection depends on external DNS records, provider configuration, and propagation timing. We do not guarantee immediate propagation or continuous availability of external DNS or third-party domain systems.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Edirectz to:

• Violate any law, regulation, intellectual property right, or contract;
• Upload malware, harmful code, or deceptive content;
• Impersonate another person or organization;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service;
• Upload content intended to manipulate SEO, spam users, or deceive visitors.

We may remove or restrict content or suspend access when necessary to protect the service, users, or platform integrity.

8. Service Availability and Changes

Edirectz aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, full uptime, or error-free operation. We may update, modify, improve, or temporarily suspend features to maintain security, performance, or compliance. We may also limit portfolio counts, storage, or premium rights according to the current app rules and subscription tier.

9. Data, Privacy, and Security

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and data protection responsibilities. We take reasonable steps to protect account and portfolio data, but no digital system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should keep account credentials secure and avoid uploading sensitive data that they do not need to share publicly.

10. Limitation of Liability

Edirectz is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee commercial outcomes, lead generation, search ranking, or business success from using the platform. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from service use or inability to use the platform, except where required by law.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or places the service or other users at material risk. Users may also discontinue using the service at any time. If a Premium account expires, Premium features may stop being available until payment is successfully renewed or reactivated.

12. Governing Law and Contact

• Account Data: Until you delete your account or 2 years after last activity
• Portfolio Content: Until you delete specific content or your account
• Payment Data: 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
• Technical Logs: 30 days for security and debugging

After these periods, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
